We had the pleasure of photograph Alissa and Chad's wedding in Virgin Gorda a couple of years ago. Since their epic wedding day, their little family is expanding! They are expecting their first son in June and we couldn't be happier for them!

Alissa is simply gorgeous and I know it's cliche, but she definitely has the pregnant glow. When I was as pregnant has she is now, I felt (and most likely looked) like an over-inflated beach ball. But Alissa is truly radiant and not in the least beach-ball like :)

I was so excited to photograph Alissa's maternity session and she was up for all my ideas,
many involving her getting into uncomfortable positions. But I will venture say it was well worth it for the lovely shots we got!

Ross and Kristina's wedding is coming up in June. And if their engagement session is an indicator to how their wedding day will be then we cannot wait!
These two braved a very, very (gale force wind) windy day, and rocked out their session.

I love the color in this shot and Kristina looks so effortlessly beautiful.

This is probably my favorite from the day. Such a simple exchange of affection between the two, but it says so much.

Sarah & David are the best! Laid back, down to earth, kind and considerate. We had so much fun photographing this lovely couple in a beautiful Raleigh, NC setting.
David and Sarah chose to see each other before the ceremony, and we were able to get some great shots of these two. I love when a couple opts to see each other before hand! It helps to ease each other's nerves and provides some much needed breathing room before the craziness of the day ensues.
The ceremony took place at White Memorial Presbyterian Church, Raleigh, NC, a gorgeous setting for the day. And then we ended the evening with a celebration at Capital City Club

I love this shot! The light streaming in through the trees is beautiful.

David wore plaid socks. Sarah made him change his plaid socks :)

The flower girl was so cute! She took her job very seriously and when she started walking down the aisle, she made sure she was walking slow enough to thoroughly drop the flowers. It made for a very long and adorable walk!

This past week, Victoria and David had an engagement session with us. What a gorgeous couple! They were so great to work with as well. Even though their wedding is another whole month away, we cannot wait to photograph this couple more! Their Lebanon Chapel ceremony at Airlie Gardens is sure to be breathtaking. Congratulations Victoria and David!

I love the light in this one. They both seem to glow with happiness!

We recently had a shoot for Camden at the Arboretum in Wilmington. His parents, Kristen and Dave, are good friends. We had a blast working with them and getting pictures of this cutie. Camden was such a good baby, and a lot of fun to photograph.

You're looking at Maggie's future husband. Doesn't he already have the look of a charmer? Both sets of parents are going to have their hands full when the kids get older!
